Best Theatre Arts offers young people in the St Albans and Hertford areas aged rising 4 to 18 the very best part-time training in performing arts. Our term-time and holiday courses are packed with fun and build confidence, sociability and performance skills.

Founded in 1998 our reputation is second to none!

First Class offers children rising 4 to 6 a gentle and exciting introduction to performance - 90 minutes of acting, singing and dancing with a new theme each term and a showing to friends and family. There are also holiday courses where an extra Craft element is added!

Best Theatre Arts offers children aged 6 to 16 three hours of superb training in acting, singing and dancing every weekend. Regualr public performances (specially written to ensure everyone gets lots to do) and end of term showings give plenty of oportunities to show off new skills. Our holiday courses have become legendary - the students start with a title and devisde a full musical theatre show in only 5 days. The results are spectacular.

Best School of Acting focuses on the art of acting. Each week the students aged 8 to 18 receive expert tuition in acting technique, acting practice and voice & movement. Our graduates are already moving on to full time drama schools and university with a poortfolio of excellent technique and experience behind them.

TheBYTE is our youth theatre group which focuses on performance. Meeting every Wednesday evening they bring a succession of challneging new pieces to the stage. Their excellence was recently rewarded by an invitation to perform at the National Theatre as part of the Connections programme.
